Founded in 1995 in San Diego, CA by Bradley J. Gong, ThInc. Solutions (pronounced THINK) is a full-service, detail-oriented consulting company specializing in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, and Excel programming.  The focus is on small to medium-sized businesses interested not only in getting their projects done, but done right.  In today's fast-paced world, quality is something that tends to be an afterthought.  Nothing could be further from the truth at ThInc. Solutions.  Bradley Gong is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Trainer and has been working with Microsoft Access and Visual Basic since 1993.  He is also experienced in SQL, ASP, Java, and C programming.

Prior to founding ThInc. Solutions, Brad spent six years as a Systems Engineer with NCR Corporation in Los Angeles, followed by two years as a Corporate Software Instructor in San Diego, San Francisco and San Jose.  During that time, he delivered hundreds of software training courses, focusing primarily on Access, Excel and the Unix operating system.

Brad earned his degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo.  He served on the Board of Directors for the Access User Group of San Diego and is a Past President of the San Diego Chapter of the Cal Poly Alumni Association.  In 2004, ThInc. Solutions moved its base of operations to Sacramento, CA.  The company's goals remain the same.
